Delivery
Ways, terms and costs of delivery
We have several shipping options available for you to review before completing your order. You can do this after you have selected the products and entered the shipping address. You will also be able to see the cost and estimated delivery time.
These costs are calculated based on the volume, weight, quantity of the product, as well as the delivery address.
The delivery time is calculated based on the availability of the product, zip code, weight, dimensions and volume of the product, whether it is a partial or complete delivery, as well as the capacity of the delivery service. It is important to note that the announced delivery date is approximate.
We offer the following delivery methods:
In-store pickup
Cost: free.
Home Plus: if there are no products that require assembly
Order amount: 0-300€ -
Shipping costs: €15.
Order amount: €301-700 -
Shipping costs: €30.
Order amount: €701-1,000 -
Shipping costs: €45.
Order amount: >€1,000 -
Shipping costs: free.
Home Assembly: If any of the products require assembly.
Returns, complaints and refunds
Refunds for returned products
Once the product arrives at our warehouse and is checked that everything is in order, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 15 days using the same payment method you used when purchasing. This period may vary depending on the payment method or the special conditions of your bank. If you do not receive a refund after 15 days, contact us at info@kavehome.rs .
After-sales service
Warranty period
The warranty period for free repairs due to product defects is a maximum of 1 year for domestic use and half of that period (maximum of 6 months) for commercial use (hotels, restaurants, cafes, etc.). The duration of the warranty may vary depending on the type of defect.
The warranty period for display or refurbished products is halved (maximum 6 months for domestic use / maximum 3 months for commercial use).
Warranty duration by type of defect (based on home use):
- Damages/cracks to the wooden structure (within 12 months)
- Noises or instability of the wooden structure / problems with fittings (within 6 months)
- Deformation of the coating of wooden or metal structures (within 6 months)
- Cushion flattening / foam issues (within 6 months)
- Cracks due to wood shrinkage/expansion (within 3 months)
- Fabric flaws, fraying / discoloration / cracks (including natural occurrences) (within 7 days)
Account/Orders
Product availability
Products that are on pre-order are items that are currently sold out nationally and ordered from abroad.
The pre-order product price displayed on the site includes international shipping costs, so there are no additional costs beyond the product price and standard shipping costs.
How can I track my shipment?
You can track the delivery of your order in the "My Orders" menu on the My Account page.
Please refer to the following order statuses:
- Awaiting payment: If you chose bank transfer as the payment method, the order has been confirmed, but the payment has not yet been verified. If payment is not made within 5 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Preparing for delivery: the order is confirmed and the products are being prepared for delivery from the logistics center.
- Order Cancelled: The order has been cancelled. If you have not requested cancellation, please contact customer service at info@kavehome.rs.
- Shipped: The order has left the logistics center and is being shipped. For regional deliveries, the status may be shown as "shipped" when it arrives at the regional logistics center, and the actual delivery date will be agreed separately with you.
*Actual delivery date may vary depending on the scanning process of the delivery service.
Do I have to register to place an order?
You can place an order as a non-registered user, without registration. However, Kave Home membership comes with additional benefits — don't miss them!

Don't worry!
If you click on the « Forgot your password » option on the login page, we will send you password reset instructions to the email address associated with your account.
I have changed my e-mail address, can I still use my old e-mail address?
No problem!
However, in order to manage updated information, we recommend that you log in and change your email address.
How to update: Page My account > Personal information > Edit profile > Update e-mail address, then click « Save ».

Promo codes and discount coupons cannot be used together or combined with each other.
